After a quick itinerary planning, we changed into our hiking outfits and set out with no time to waste.
First up, the hanging coffins...
Look closely. See those coffins? That's where we went. |
It was not an easy feat. Watch out for bears! lol |
After a few slides and butt falls, we reached our destination. Presenting the sacred ground of the hanging coffins! |
Climbing down the mountain was already a challenge, now crossing it to get to the cave opening was another story... |
We had to defy some boulders... |
Climb some hills... |
Cross the stream... |
To get a good picture of the cave... |
...and what was inside it. |
Then we said bye-bye to the cave in pursuit of better views... |
We passed-by some terraces- No, that it is not Banawe Rice Terraces. |
We were headed for the falls... |
The small but still great and majestic in my eyes captured my heart. I <3 falls. =P
And that was the first day of our Sagada trip!
